Sélection officielle du syndicat des crus bourgeois 2010

Suite à l'annulation du classement des crus bourgeois de 2003, le syndicat des crus bourgeois a décidé de présenter chaque année une sélection officielle, à compter du millésime 2008. Cette présentation s'est effectuée le 17 septembre 2012 pour le millésime 2010. Il y avait 309 candidats. Il y a eu 260 châteaux retenus soit 84 % de crus retenus.
Les crus sélectionnés ont le droit d'utiliser la mention cru bourgeois uniquement pour le millésime 2010.
Les crus se répartissent de la façon suivante:
309 candidats.
260 sélectionnés (84 %)
88 Crus Bourgeois en Haut-Médoc (34 %).
13 Crus Bourgeois en Listrac (5 %).
11 Crus Bourgeois en Margaux (4 %).
104 Crus Bourgeois en Médoc (40 %).
18 Crus Bourgeois en Moulis (7 %).
5 Crus Bourgeois en Pauillac (2 %).
21 Crus Bourgeois en Saint-Estèphe (8 %).
Pas de cru retenu en appellation Saint-Julien pour la deuxième année consécutive.
Les crus retenus dans cette sélection représentent 27 % de la surface du Médoc en production (4400 hectares) et 38 % de la production (240000 hectolitres).
